Kickass man! Great job! Got that Bonham feel going on, starting with that snare man, classic. He did have it tighter sometimes and then he would have more of a mid tuning and I feel this mid tuning is captured PERFECTLY here! John Bonham would be proud!!

I had the yellow vistalite set in 77....first set of new drums and they were exact copy of Bonhams...I'd give my left nut to have them back

Cool drums and playing. Have u tried using vintage shure unidyne 3 mics? John was using them up to 72 before going to unidyne 4 ( which are more expensive.

Hey I noticed that you went as far as to make up a drum board to set the drum on. I have recently built a drum board to see why the drums would sound like. From I can tell Bonham played on a similar drum with his green sparkle and vistalite kits until strays using a drum riser. I preferred him down on the floor with the rest of the band myself. Anyway, the drum board really livens up the drum sound and makes a huge difference.
