There are two pins on the back of your desired switch i was using some blue hot swappable switchs but later changed to some linear read u put a lil flux on the pins and the wires then u tin the pin and the wire then u heat up the solder on the wire then attach it to the pins make sure solder iron is set to 300-350 if u have a temp knob as this make the solder get only hot enough to melt without burn the plastics then i cover the connection in hot glue beaware of soldering irons with fake temperature knobs best to get one of those smart type c solder iron u can power from a power bank

TheKengineer did a video on the shards, but the base armor reduction is 80% at 10 stacks a regular shard seems to give 10% while a tau forge gives 15% so at 14 stacks two regular greens each +2 you get 100% armor reduction as long as the corrosive is active enough time to deal full dmg without any reduction to that dmg the green shards is a passive strip on any corrosive source, saryn weps modded for it etc, so going past 14 stacks is useless and u could have use those other 3 slots for something else

@WolfKriegV saryn doesn't need tempest, and her with green shards turns her into a passive strip, and if u have range, it would be a cast and forget as the molts spread also spreading the armor reduction, protea tempest might work but you be better off usin gtge red shards for duration and strength, and she have the temperiol errosion aug so if u have energy nexus you can basically keep casting np, but tempest isnt a bad idea on her i might have to personally test

Dont know why you would want a standard xbox stick, unless u mean the thumbstick joysticks caps it can fit all of them but the xbox serea x caps are the best imo, but the joysticks it have different joysticks pinout where all 6 pins or on one side isnt like the alps sticks where it have 3 on one side and 3 on the other

its works me me its cause its extra sensitive so u have to half ur sens

did u evern watch the video?, its a method that its easier access than helminth cause u need to get banshee then subsume her to then use it as being a new player u dont have resources like that getting a blessing for afinity takes nothing but a simple ask on earth relay and onslaught u can easily do so its they fact it takes nothing to do this method is my point.

its the thumbstick cover not the actual joysticks stick i knew they would fit cause they were so close together in looks the only difference was the top of the concave area(XSX sticks) was a bit thicker

well my bad i have to record with an external mic and its more clear than my headset that will be fix in time but rn i have to use that mic ill just lower the volume next time thx for the feedback

i gotten a mic in my newer videos and they are have higher quality i am learning it as i go

its a good controller imo, and the software makes it even better imo for the money its great investment but i personally dislike the thumbsticks it comes with and the back bottuns every else is great

imo kontrol freaks are a gimmick i have good stick sen and kontrol freeks maake it weird to panic react

naah, i tried a few extreme rate kits in my life honestly they are overprice the cents you can pay for he buttons and the slight amount of wires, with maybe some understanding of basic circuits dont justify extreme rate prices imo.

true but its still deadzone that can be fix with software but the joystick itself still have a built in deadzone as you said, but playstation and xbox based joysticks are different in how they handle the information register from the stick, ps controller have a 10 max dead zone xbox goes up to 26 and this hall effect might go up to 15, i personally play on 0 for cod everything else is a 4-5

its fixed now but the light that shows that the controller is on was blinking and you couldnt stop it@@KromeOsomes

when i replace the thumbsticks i didnt have any resistance issues just have to make sure u put it on in the right shape oreintation u can tell by look on the hole in the back of the thumbstick and looking at the joystick.

its comes with a 5-10 deadzone out the box can be change with the software(Gamesir Nexus), you can adjust it to 0 or whatever u want but there is still a deadzone that is made on the stick itself that you cannot change but it feels pretty responsive at 0 deadzone with no drift..

im a xbox guy grow up never experience playstation controllers as now i play on pc with xbox controllers, so i have no comment on that

Also I wanted to ask what games do u play. I play Fortnite competitive and the point regarding the deadzone is what changed my mind on buying it.

I mostly play fps games and I sometimes venture in other games, like mmorpg like warframe

Do you mind recording a video where you compare the deadzones of the original xbox controller and the g7 on fortnite. Keep both at deadzone of 5 and make extremely slight analog movements. If you could i’d really appreciate it thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

yeah the hype might die off but they not being able to get drift is a big selling point, at most that will break them is ware of the actual stick like the plastic piece that moves so u get sloppy sticks without resistance like a fresh stick. nothing really last forever as it oxide, decay and wear and tear. but it is a solution to stick drift and we need to see more of it.

I find it difficult to define these analogues as hype since after buying these analogues for my Switch and installing them myself I never had drift on the analogues again.

i have a general basis on controllers, based on my personal preference of likes and dislikes on a controller. been using controller for a while 10 yrs or so, mostly stuck w xbox controllers because its what i know, i didn't venture into playstation controllers.

no as the face plate and the controller part that hold the buttons, doesnt let a circle fit through a cross(stock), but if u really want to do it (wouldn't recommend) you can take a Dremel and convert the cross to a circle the get the hybrid d pad to fit. if i can get a replace D pad i can try. i do not have a dremel, but i do have a soldering iron, maybe ill do a video on it. but i would have to do it on a brand new controller.

@@KromeOsomes what about using the magnetic dpad like one in xbox elite controller, i see they can hotswap between standard dpad to the hybrid one

im not sure, to do a dpad mod where u take the elite d pad and put it on the controller, i not sure if it would fit, im not monetize to try either. when i should revisit the idea there will be better hall effect controllers, but in my vision i want to put four cherry keyboard switches that are hot swappable and have all the features of different controllers, like magnetic d pad, swappable face plate, and hall effect sticks.

took two keyboard switches and wired them instead of the tiny tactile buttons, you can still remap the keyboard switches as they are just soldered and extended from the buttons on the circuit board i did a video on it
