@@repairyourtechnicsdiy8333 In the end after doing maintenance to clean, printer head, etc. “error clean printer head” after removing the top above ink cartridges, I wiped down the ink( I did not physically move the printer head) But I think I need to replace my printer head. But it doesn’t seem like there’s an option in doing so which is a bummer because I really like my printer and I had just gotten new ink last month and that was pretty costly in itself. Do you have any ideas?

It depends on plenty factors - type of ink, how long printer stay without printing and other. Usual i use liquid for cleaning screens
