This list is 💩: only real Top 10 drummer here is Buddy Rich (he might be Top 1 to 3, nothing less). I personally LOVE Baker, Bonham, Peart and Copeland, but they are not Top 10 (not when you have 20+ guys that are almost as good as Weckl, Colaiuta or Chambers).

🤔….these “Best of All Time” lists that publications and individuals put out are silly. “Best???”….😳 based on what? Technical ability? Commercial success? What band(s) they played in? Raw speed? Ability to be entertaining while playing? These “Best of all time” lists are the same thing (and nothing more) as saying here’s my favorites. Nobody agrees….so debates go on, and on, and on and….(yawn)…..🙄…..and on…. Three of my ‘favorites’ who indeed were great drummers and well known are (in no particular order): Gene Krupa Danny Seraphine (Chicago) Karen Carpenter 😎….👏…..yeah I said it! Karen Carpenter. Don’t doubt my word, she was excellent….search for some of her performances. In terms of technical ability and commercial success she’s right up there at the top.
