And I get it, the song was written by The Kinks, so kudos and recognition to the original songwriters....BUT...this is a (very) good cover version of a cover version of the song as covered by the legendary "Van Halen" (Eddie Van Halen, David Lee Roth, Michael Anthony and Alex Van Halen). Been watching a few of your RUclips posts. I look forward to seeing you live in one of your Brisbane shows. PS hats off to the audio and video crew, excellent work on all of the recordings. This would not work if you were not as professional as the musicians.

Its a brilliant cover.... Singer has a great voice. ( should have had a slightly higher volume in the whole mix ! though.. ) because when you hear the original Axel Rose Voice on the song it is what makes the song pop out plus he has pronounced echo at the end of certain lines..... " deep blue Skyyyy" for example . The les Paul sound is a little off this might be due to the pick ups and Amp used.

There were some damn fine tunes around, thank our lucky stars there are awesome bands around to keep them alive. hopefully we can get some more songs that will last 50 plus years
