None in Caledonia but just a short drive away you can find West Haldimand General Hospital in Hagersville or also a bunch more hospitals in Hamilton,

McKinnon Park Secondary School is the only high school in Caledonia!

The cost of living in Oakville is for sure one of the biggest cons!

The biggest con would be the cost or living and real estate of living in Oakville.

Waterdown is a great option for sure! And you would be correct before 2001 it was not apart of Hamilton. But in 2001 Flamborough (which Waterdown is apart of) along with a bunch of other surrounding communities amalgamated with Hamilton.

Yup! 1249 north shore blvd is a good condo building close by the hospital, spencer smith park and downtown.

Hey Al, If you rent a property it will depend on the landlords listing, I know some landlords who pay (usually in detached/ townhomes) and others which tenants pay. You can have an owned hot water heater as well they are just less common then the rentals. If you buy a Condo 90% of time water will be included in the maintenance fees which include the hot water tanks as well.

Lol is this regarding the condos? It a little older video now, but I was reffing to the more downtown area of oakville lacking high rises compared to the surrounding ciities. In a couple of other videos i do mention the condos along dundas, trafalgar and bronte.

There are a some options, for new condo's in Brantford, one comes to mind would be the Station Sixty project which is building soon. However compared to a bigger city like Hamilton the condo options in Brantford are a little less .

That is crazy! I have personally never heard of that happening here when you are at work. As for the crime and schools like any bigger city gonna have some great schools, lots of good/average schools as a few under performing schools.

However, it seems Marz Homes has a good reputation. It’s just strange that these homes haven’t sold out as they went for sale back in July 2023.
