They toned down the choreography because of members' health. Everybody knows they can dance like hell but with their health must be a priority. If Im correct Lia said in a video that some members are experiencing back and neck pain.

Not rlly a fan of the choreo so i was kinda disappointed w it esp since itzy is known for their iconic dances. But the songs still nice though its catchy but not better than their previous title tracks such as wannabe. Better than sneakers and BLY though lol but def one of my fav comebacks

I feel like the choreography fits the concept though. I'm not exactly sure how to explain it but I can't imagine this song with different choreography like it fits. (And it's also easier on the girls, like thier choreography is usually very tiring)

as a Midzy I felt underwhelmed with their choreo. Not even a part where they can pump it. Their difficult back breaking choreos are the reason why they became legends and then they omitted that.

The thing with choreo getting easier lately is because they want them to be easy to recreate on tiktok with other artists and fans so the MV gains more attention. Most groups that do this kind of thing would have a killer dance break in the end to "compensate", think "Love Dive" by Ive and "Tomboy" by I-dle :)

My EXACT thought. How did not even ONE person mention it? The song 11/10. The beats 100/10. The chorus. The bridge. The vocals. The visuals. The styling. The make up. 10000/10. But the choreo...8/10. It's really nice but when the chorus is popping off so hard with yejis strong vocals yet the dance is some arm movements. A choreo like wannabe or loco would fit this song the best. But I also get WHY they couldn't do it. They were criticised for not having strong vocals so they show it to us now in the strongest way possible so the choreo needs to be low-key so they can get used to singing so high while dancing. Jyp is more known for their choreos so they had to drop it slightly for the vocals to shine. Nice thought and I love the vocals but I do feel like it NEEDED a hard hitting choreo for atleast the chorus. The choreo even before or after chorus is too bland. It's all hand movements. Jumps. Face movements. There isn't a lot of full body moves. Or they could add a dance break for the lack of choreo throughout the song.

Maybe they wanted a choreo which allowed them to also focus on the singing? Not just a dynamic performance.

They made the choreography easy in order for them to sing properly and more stable. If you come to realize they have to hit pretty high notes basically more different than an average song of them with an energetic choreography. You will understand what I'm saying if you try to jump high 2 times per second while singing this song *flawlessly* with no out-of-tune notes. I also think that they're more of making the vocals more flawless for now. That's just my conclusion.

My opinion: Vocal 100/100 Rap 50/100 Choreography 60/100 Visual 100/100 Concept 88/100 -them saying "why so serious" and the choreo literally making a smile gestures remind me of joker .. so I think it's better if you put a little bit of like scary vibe/ crime vibe ? Idk - the rap felt like not a rap tbh.. more like they still singing..but at least it suit the song

The choreo is not simple as it appears to be, it has a lot of details which if not executed properly may make the dance look boring. Ofc I was expecting a hard ass choreo but I'm totallyyy fine with this one 😭💯

Is it just me who would LOVE some instrumental from dalla dalla, icy, wannabe basically all their title tracks before they went of the rails according to people.. I think adding some of those instrumentals and a nice violin + piana mix would just make it over the top. They would be saying 'hey I know you prolly don't like our music rn but we are still the same itzy'. which is just girlboss behavior🤌

The song is nice. I just wasn’t crazy for the shouting in the chorus that Yeji does. That prevents me from listening to the song entirely which sucks because it’s nice.

I think the reason the choreo is simple is so they can focus on vocals for this comeback. The vocal parts are a bit tougher than a lot of their previous songs, and other members who usually don’t get tough vocal parts are given a chance to shine. And personally I’m fine with that. Itzy has been proven that they are one of the top dance groups of 4th gen, so not every title track has to have a powerful captivating dance break if it’s not necessary
