Good video but the game is a little loud compared to you
So I did the questline to unlock Lightkeeper (in PVE), my DSP says "encoded", and I've gone to the Lighthouse several times, run to the very top and extracted. There's no Lightkeeper! How do I get him to appear so I can accept his quests? On the first visit after decoding my DSP I unlocked an achievement, but after that.. no new quests and no in-raid trader available! Please Help!! Also, that button you hit on level three that says "OPEN DOOR" @5:25 , isn't there for me. Well, the button is there, but no prompt to open door shows up. Any ideas?

The lightkeeper quest reward is bugged in pve local, to get the reward you need to queue with someone when turnning in the quest. Mine is missing, probably have to file a ticket so bsg could unlock the crafting & barter

@TraderMing yeah but in the death screen it shows that I killed myself. My health was all the way down and it didn't name a enemy who killed me. Normally that means you killed yourself.
The scav you you just killed, killed you. He got out a grenade and tried to throw it while you killed him. There is a bug where in that case the grenade doesn’t make a sound and lies on the body of the scav. No death screen name cause the scav was already dead when he killed you. It’s a really old a commonly known bug, just search for it you will find more.

IDK if the noise thing is correct.. There's quite a few "Set" places on every map where they can be. ANd some of them they patrol between.
they come anyway i always go to med camp every time i spawned near, PMC seem like they have waypoint to pass here anyway no matter you make noise or not

they will copy and paste some player names onto the bot pmc's. levels and all ive got 3 different names with 2 or 3 copies and different levels. one was even a ttv guy

Unfortunately not but the PMCs do react to loud gunfire, so you can maybe lure them that way.

Is every map like this? Like if i went onto customs for Setup and shot in the air would they come?
@williamtucker8334 it does happen on other maps, but not this aggressively. They generally walk like scavs towards loud gunfire or grenades. Only in this area have I seen them run like this.

@williamtucker8334 you're not a bother at all. What I did for that quest was when I spawned into customs, I ran straight to dorms. I checked 2 story and 3 story for pmcs, and then I would take car extract. Generally, you get 1-4 pmcs per raid plus all the dorms loot and scav rep for taking the car.

Good video! For those of you who are new to doing this area I highly recommend running through it on training mode a few times, Paidactor had really good RNG for this video but it's typically way harder. He didn't have to deal with the group of 2-3 that can spawn on the ground in the center of the whole area, or the gooners that will spawn on roughly half of your matches. In my runs I usually have to deal with a way higher number of ground spawn rogues. Good luck out there!

That sucks hard! I dont wanna face the goons everywhere. Thats much to hard. Yesterday i lost tons of gear cause i met them on woods, customs and shoreline. I had 100% goon activity.

They should try to play their own game...then very soon it would become much easier. In the moment its simply not fair anymore. Unplayable for random gamers who only got the possibility (and skills) to spend only a bit of their free time in Tarkov!
Knight killed me some hours ago. I killed 7 or 8 pmcs at the shoreline resort. on the way to the extraction point he rushed me...exactly knowing where i am, without seeing me and running twice as fast as i can. Not cool! That forces me to play streets or reserve in the future till BSG fixed that shit.
@karvason I totally agree! I don't get much time on the game, but when I do, I don't want to get wrecked by the bosses. I think the planned mods will help, but who knows when that will get released.
@@karvason They're absolutely ridiculous to deal with especially on very open maps like Woods or Shoreline where they will catch vision on you regardless of how much foliage you're behind. My last run before I got fed up of dealing with Tarkov in general was when I loaded up on Woods to get some quests done. I spawned at the USEC camps. I b-lined to med tents hoping for a Led-X but nadda. Not long after I hear something sprinting towards me fast, and then a voice line "Hold your fire!" Ahh shit, it's the rogue. But how? Why? I hadn't fired a single shot. When the hell did he catch visual on me? Needless to say, my mosin with trash HP ammo did sweet fuck all to him as he unloaded in my tier 2 helmet. Absolutely done with Tarkov. BSG is so fucking petty to make the rogue bosses and cultists spawn damn near 100% of the time just to spite you because you want to enjoy the game without cheaters. Nope, I guess they'll just force their over-tuned cheater AI on you instead.
The fact that you just destroyed all the PMCs is crazy. I would have died with the first 2 off spawn lol.

Played a whole raid and didn't get the xp, loot, quest items, or quest kills, not to mention the bugged end screen. I think that's pretty significant.

There was a Kollontai on the second floor, he will always be aggressive towards a scavenger if he does not have 6.00, so when you run on the first floor, he and his entourage will be hostile to you like other scavenger bots

im doing pve kappa and i cant find this armband, i play a lot of run staches i hate rng
I was doing the same thing until I started only running gym bags. Seems like a smaller loot pool to pull from. I was getting a ton of streamer items.
got mine from jacket runs at dorms, much faster than shoreline and even faster if you manage to have car extraction, try it! after 3 raids i got it
