Hi, I m trying Access Control software but in Operations menu I have a msg "Please upgrade driver" and application stop. It's a problem of my system or did you meet similar problem?

Does it need to be connected to the network and the software needs to run all the time or is the software only used for programming? Does it support fingerprint?

Hi, I have a problem with my access control board. Whenever I click on "Allow and Upload" I get an error saying "Communicate Failed". I'm able to check the status of the doors and scan cards, but I'm not able to upload access changes to the access controller.
