Fortunately for me I got to fly a mechanic out to Mitchell Plateau in Western Australia. I got put up for the night in an $800 a night Safari tent at the Ngauwudu Safari Camp. It was a nights stay that I will never forget and I'm so happy to be able to share this with you all.

I made a short video during a sit and wait in a small dirt strip in the Northern Territory of Australia. This small community called Ji-Mardi is about 409km straight line from Darwin about a 1.5 hour flight or a long 16 hour drive ( very difficult even in a 4WD)

I was so bloody happy when I passed my 1,000th flight hour that I couldn't help but dance:). Yes the Autopilot was on and No passengers were on board
