The reason you'll see 15-30 seconds of nothing is; police cameras are always recording video on a loop but, they only save video 15-30 seconds prior to an "event" or trigger that will save the video. Events can be emergency signal activation, acceleration and braking thresholds, siren, speed etc. Bodycams are sometimes linked wirelessly as well, or activated manually. Pretty cool technology. Also, those maximas have the 300 hp v6 and are much quicker than a Tahoe.
