DON'T BUY PHILIPS, all these products don't come from them but are made by subcontractors. Everything water purifying and water-related is a real scam. I had a problem with the machine and they don't have any spare parts. What's more, when you contact support, they have nothing to do with it, once the product is sold, you're on your own and no one will help you. I can't even find the filter, no stock, and these thieves have raised the price of the filter from 5000 pesos to over 9000 pesos. These are the practices of this store. Philips in the Philippines is a real scam. I recommend that you contact the BPI and have this store, which respects neither the law nor its customers, deferred. Today I have a 20k pesos machine that is useless. SCAM RUN AWAY FROM THIS BRAND NEVER AGAIN PHILIPS.

Can someone lend a hand? The manual says to reach out to consumer care, but no contact details are there. It's a replacement for a faulty unit, and after 3 months, the same issue persists. Problem with the water dispenser.
