Tokyo Tower is a magical place. I suggest you get up there before sunset so you can see the city and beyond with what’s left of the sunlight. And as night falls, you’ll feel how the magic from Mt Fuji acts upon the visitors. The air changes, people stop muttering to each other and it gets very silent as the sun sets. Truly magical.

Sorry so many questions, I’m going to Tokyo Disney end of May and was going to go to the park around 3pm so I can avoid the crazy crowds and lines in the morning.
