It was very random haha, I think I was on day two motocamping, I didn’t think anything,especially gas would be there but sure enough. Random gas station in the middle of nowhere with a animal farm on it lol 😂

I honestly just made it up as went along, I used onX off-road to get there. But if your coming from Pocatello just take Knox canyon road and follow it thru the deep creek mountains to the next valley, then when you hit the main road just ride across it to the next dirt road straight ahead, and that goes all the way thru the sublet mountains. If you want to contact me on instagram I can help you with the route. The time of year was June 12th ish I believe, just under a month ago, believe I had a better route planed but it was too early. Since I couldn’t get up into the Albion mountains. That’s crazy either way the rattlers. Did the starlasp on my 360 camera haha 😆

@@advfortheking Thank you James! That is great info I can use. I typically schedule my big trips in June. Having just completed this year's long adventure (northern Cali coastal mountains), I'm looking at next year. I have family in Salt Lake and considering using that as a "home" for three or four three-night out and back rides.

Yeah gotta take precautions with bears, I always to a bear bag, bear spray, and carry a side arm, not to shoot but to make load noises so they will run off. I have stood in front a few bears in the past, one grizzly, and they tend to want to avoid trouble. But what gives you more confidence is definitely a good thing!
