Elahyna usually packs Dramamine or motion sickness patches, but she didn't use them on this ship and felt fine 😁 Catalina Island and Ensenada were both very warm, sunny, clear skies, with picture perfect beach weather 🌞 For the ship, we would recommend something warm for every night and for the sea day! It gets cold out there on the ocean. We hope that helps⚓️

You should consider bringing an Ukulele 🎸 On the big island, we booked our personal tour with someone at the port and not through Princess 😁 I don't remember how much it cost, but I included the tour guides information in the video 😄 he took us to black sand beach, raindbow falls, fissure 8, markets to shop, and a burger spot to eat. I hope that helps 😊

Actually you don't need to book in advance you can still purchase tickets at the main gate. They only sell a small portion of their tickets online, the rest are sold to visitors at the gates 🙂

We used US dollars 😃 Actually, most Mexican cities like Cabo San Lucas accept the US dollar because there are so many American tourists year round. Many stores have their items listed in both Mexican pesos and US dollars. If they don't, ask the employees how much an item costs in US dollars they will gladly help. I paid with my credit card at the Sushi restaurant, OXXO convenience store, and at a pharmacy. It's still good to have smaller bills like 1s and 5s as well for smaller souvenir shops. We never felt the need to have pesos 😁 I hope that helps, Goodluck and have a fun trip 😊

For the 360 shots we used the suction cup mount and attached it to every window or wall that we seen possible lol the suction cup mount actually exceeded our expectations it holds on pretty well and it does not damage any surface that we attach it to 🙂

Hi! 😁 we liked the race track, lazer tag, water slides, and better food options on NCL Bliss. We appreciate the vegetarian food options, dairy free dessert options, and the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant. The NCL Bliss was amazing to us, but we still had so much fun on Discovery Princess. We would have to say the NCL Bliss 😊 There are more food options, and we feel like NCL does their best to provide options for everyone. They have original ice cream, but they also provide dairy free options (princess does not). There are plenty of meats throughout the day, but also vegetarian options or often vegan meat imitations. We loved the Teppanyaki, that has been our favorite cruise restaurant on any ship so far. Their 24 hour complimentary restaurant "local bar and grill" was excellent! All in all, NCL Bliss was amazing 😁 November is also a perfect time to go to Mexico, blue skies and sunny weather 🌞

It's going to be a blast 🛳 We usually don't have high expectations for our cruise internet 😂 but Norwegian offers 2 types of wifi packages which are the standard and premium. We went with the premium wifi package since it offered pretty much no restrictions on app usage. It worked for us, no complaints here 🙂

We had the chest mount harness that straps onto us like a vest 😁 I believe its universal for most cameras but Amazon and Best Buy have pretty good deals! They allowed head straps or chest straps for both the camels and the karts, but nothing in your hands ✋️ I hope that helps! 📷

@@lifeometry we’ve been on the Escape, Sun, Dawn, Spirit, and Sky. They’ve all been great. Our upcoming ports are Cabo, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. Should be fun!

This is a great question! We'll break it down to a few categories. Embarkation/Disembarkation - Discovery Princess, wins this category for timeliness. We were seemlessly on and off the ship every time even at Cabo where tender boats are required. Although it is worth mentioning that NCL sets up water and towel stations on port days, we really appreciated that after a long excursion. Entertainment - NCL Bliss wins this category. There are so many activities to do on this ship including water slides, race track, silent discos, lazer tag. And they also have an observation lounge, which Discovery Princess did not have. Food - NCL Bliss wins. The buffet had way more food, and the specialty dining options were also amazing. We really enjoyed the Teppanyaki. They had plenty of vegetarian, and dairy free options for food and deserts. Those options were not available on the Discovery Princess. Budget/Cost - Princess in general offers similar destinations to NCL but at a competitive price. We found that Princess Cruises are less expensive than NCL, and sometimes even cheaper than a Carnival Cruise. Princess wins this Category for offering less expensive options. Elevators - I needed to make this a category after NCL Bliss 😂. NCL Bliss elevators are pretty horrible. There is a stampede of people rushing to elevators after waiting for way too long, no organization just chaos. Be prepared to take the stairs. Princess wins this one. Excursions - They offer the identical excursions from what we've seen. This category is a draw. In conclusion, NCL Bliss wins our hearts despite the horrible elevators. We felt like there was always something new to do and the Bliss felt way more luxurious. But the Discovery Princess is a solid ship. Other than the lack of entertainment, sailing on a Love Boat is always a pleasure. Thank you for watching 😁

Princess is very organized compared to other cruise lines, it took us about 15 minutes to wait in line and go through security. We arrived to the port early at around 10:40 am, and we received our medallions at the port of LA after going through security screening. But overall very smooth and quick process! Thank you for watching! We arrived at around 10:00 AM but we didn't make it ashore until 11:45 AM or 12:00 PM. I noticed that they did prioritize the passengers with shore excursions purchased directly with NCL, but I think you should still make it. Just be aware of the time, and make sure to return back on to the cruise ship at the scheduled time. They will leave passengers behind 😳
