Happy New Year everyone! Today we venture out Into a blizzard, the guys head up to Mancelona, MI to Norther Power Race Park, in support of our sponsored Junior snowmobile racer Eva Gifford. We were honored to get the chance to watch Eva put it down on the track, she has been training extremely hard in the off season. Making some more head way on this build. It's on the ground, so now we're ready to get it plumbed. So much custom work going on. We get a custom build exhaust, install the factory harness in the stock location as much as possible, as well as the brake lines. Are yall running the tune from trinity racing? They only offer the one for 91 pump gas and that’s all I want l, stock turbo. Trying to figure the right tune for me I just got the trinity stage5 exhaust like yall have, full exhaust with the electronic cut out. 🤙.

Hey Tim is removing the whole tire housing necessary.? Another youtuber removed the lower arm only. Im about to do this and i was wondering if there are any cons by just removing the lower ball joing and the lower arm.
Just make it easier by getting it out of the way.

Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) clutches, its a type of an automatic system.

What do you guys think about running with out clutch cover?
Alot of people will argue about that one. We run without cover when were at the sand dunes. It dry, keeps the belt and clutches cool for when were ripping. Don't recommend doing it with any other style of riding.

I do have one neg comment on this video, but great video, never use an impact on the spindle nuts, I have come across a few used rzrs that an impact was used, it’s not hard to mushroom the hub while the bearing is inside, then it’s a pain to get the bearing off and you have to replace the hub, I promise, have fixed three recently, but great info folks
I’m an old guy, been ridding for the last 55 years off road, start on a mini trail 50, lots of motorcycles, birt bikes, street bike, four wheelers and side by sides over those years, I do all of my own maintenance too, I watches some of your videos, very well done my young friend, highly recommend your videos you other riders , great info

Super not cool for Dan to ram Jake like that. Even in their own video you can see Dan coming close to ramming him and not braking. It’s true.. If roles were reversed, Dan would’ve been just as bummed.

Yea I was super bummed, the crank position sensor got fried. Put another one in after the race and my machine started right up.
I have a 2016 rzr 900, and it's possible to do it like this. It's a bad job on a 900. It took me at least three hours to get mine out.
