Crashes 3.19.0 down to 1FPS in loading screen. Some setting not relevant any longer.

Hey, sorry to bug yu, but I tried to follow the instructions but for some reason it went from 20 fps up to 60. Then it ended up just chilling at 15. Is there anything specific I might have done wrong? Ive been stuck in New Babbage for this whole first week since I started.

Light armor can carry 1 size 2-5 weapon on the back and one size 1 weapon on the leg armor (total of 2 weapons) Medium and Heavy armor can carry 1 size 2-4 and 1 size 2-5 on the back and one size 1 weapons on the leg armor (total of 3 weapons) Size 1 weapons are knives are pistols and do not go on the back, they only go on the leg armor.

I got the game a few days ago, it was running pretty smoothly for a bit. (Other than 30ks and CTDs and bugged delivery boxes) but I started having trouble yesterday, and ran my task manager on the other screen. The settings you're showing are for reducing the load on the GPU. Problem for me is that my GPU is running like a beast, my CPU is what's peaking. Will these changes help regardless? Or do I need to figure something else out? <Live: 3.18> <Acer-Predator: Helios 300> <Nvidia: GTX 1060> <Intel: i7- 3.7ghz>

Followed the tutorial now my game crashes about 30-40 seconds after loading into area 18 not sure where I went wrong not sure how to fix this -$60 :/

so i did all of this and it still run like a slideshow (15-20 fps avg lows of 5-7 fps and a max of about 45 fps) and thats on a 4090 with a i9 13900... cant figure out what is going on...

I shit you not, in the load up I started with about 20-40 frames with massive lag spikes, to 200-300+

Your settings allowed me to hit over 120 fps for the first time in multiplayer, 230 fps on the main screen, but sadly it chugs along at 49 fps in the single player. Thanks for the settings, but I simply give up playing this game. Uninstalling. It's the only game in my system that runs awful. And I'm using an 13700k with a 3090!!

6:55 “quad size 5 weapons” Really? It’s quad size 5 gimbals - which means that it takes size 4 weapons if you want to use gimbals. The bottom two are not removable, so they stay s4, but you can change the top two for FIXED S5 guns. Most players will run with locked weapons when they swap to S5 because having two target markers on your HUD is confusing, but during High Threat Combat Beacons where you face a mix of PvE ships, I prefer to use the lower gimballed guns to pop light fighters, while running s5 laser canons to shoot Valkyries and above. Oh and S1 Arrow missiles cause as much damage as an S2 missile, so be generous with them when you see a Hurricane..
