Hi!
I've always wanted to film and document my experiences, I've always put it on the back burner and never really got into it! Now being in my late 30's I told myself if I'm going to do this I need to start now!
I've always enjoyed fitness and challenging myself through physical and mental activities running marathons, tough mudders, biking from SF to LA, completing 10 day meditation course, fasting, trying different diets, and now moving forward I want to document my experiences
Filiming and editing will not be easy and will def be challenging.
This new journey is going to push me, I'm going to be uncomfortable and feel cringe, but I know I'm brave enough that I can do this and the courage to just press record and upload.

Staying motivated! Typical morning Routine.

This is a typical wed morning. I have no classes to teach nor do I bartend the night before or later that evening. It's a full day off for me! I like to wake up early on my day off to take full advantage of the day. But this specific video will show what I do from 5am- 12pm. Read, Stretch, workout, walk Theo, meet friends, study, and just getting ready for the day! Aaron good job! keep posting! xo
