Ironman 70.3 in Nice is no easy race. Beyond the distances, the water was rougher and the bike climb was bigger than other Triathlons Dan has completed. Special thanks to the best fans and camera crew in the world!

Sophie worked hard all spring to compete in her first triathlon the DeeJay Tri at the Idroscalo in Milan. She did amazing, and was third youngest of the whole race coming in first in her age group!

Escaped the rain for a surprise trip to Egypt!

Our trip was partially for work at Qualisys headquarters in Gothenburg. We really enjoy this city!

Amsterdam is an amazing city, so we tried to pack as much as we could into one day! French fries, chocolate, cheese, rubber ducks, rain, boats, and much fun!

As our travels continued, we visited one country by accident, and then had to relocate due to weather. Although, in spite of rain, the Netherlands did not disappoint!

As Bethany continues her journey from Long-COVID, she ran the #DeeJayTen 10K race in Milan, and beat even her stretch goal by finishing in well under an hour!

Our summer trip has begun as we cross Europe. On the first leg of the journey we cross Switzerland and visit our friends the Gerholds in Germany.
