The reason for thriving racism is every generation since the Civil Rights Movement has kept kicking the ball down the road. They inherited hard fought rights, but failed to foster them by improving themselves with an education or trade, mentor their youth & help their community. POC's project a bad image. As for White people, they see "us" people of color (POC) in a fearful manner - rivals on the food chain because they are simply ignorant!
