    1) Narcissists Use Gaslighting to Control You. RESIST their Deceptive/Deceitful Tactics. Avoid engaging in disputes when they're trying to convince you of something untrue. 2) Get Rid of any hopes for them. Don't Expect more from them than what they shown themselves to be. Pay attention to actions over words. They're never going to change 3) Do not ignore warning signs. Remove your rose tinted glasses & See past the fake facade for what they are. Don't Expect them to be more than what they are 4) the importance of silence cannot be overstated. Treating a Narc like they don't exist is the best way to end their influence over you. The less interaction u have w/ them, them more yur life will improve 5) Keep Meticulous Records of your interactions w/ The Narcissist. They can't lie, deny or twist their words when it's all in black and white 6) Patience is required to deal with a narcissist. The truth will always come to light in time & they'll be revealed publicly when seemingly unrelated pieces fail to align or make sense. Don't stress excessively & learn to let go 7) Name-calling & smear campaigns are much easier to endure if you hav a strong sense of self & a positive self-image . Remember who you are. Rekindle the love you once had for yourself,, yur loved ones & your past. The lack of empathy in abusive & Deceitful individuals makes them less attractive to you.

Yes, I finally walked away from my daughter. Immediately when my husband died she insisted I sell my home and rentals in my beloved community and buy a big house where she lived in a rental. She was in her 50s and after my $, not wanting to wait for me to die. After multiple repossessions, she’d wasted her $ on autos and other strutting she couldn’t afford. When she tried to control me at a very low point, it finally dawned on me what her goals were. Walked away.

My dad passed away, I was made trustee. My brother and his wife figured since they did not sign to accept and sign ownership of the house they live in. They said we are going to let you pay our taxes. They said it while laughing at me. I stated I had no interest in their house or any money invested. I would see their house go for lack of payment for taxes. They were shocked! I told them I would never sign for a loan on that house and if they forged my signature I would prosecute the hell out of both of them. It is in your best interest to get my name off the house. That was 6 months ago, I have not heard from them. I suspect I will not be hearing from them anytime soon. Finally... Peace Parasites

There is no narcissist, it's a psychopathology, a spectrum which we're all in. Psyche, we share. And it is, by nature, in a constant imbalance, constantly moving, evolving in it's own process. Brain chemistry. Even mental have to deal very contradictory input by itself, this is stress, without speaking about many possible trauma. Too much stress and drastic measure is taken by psyche, hence narcissism. It's totally definable, hence psychology and psychotherapy. Survival means ME ! It's only that. I question a lot the value we project, all of us in the world and how we relate to it. What if it is seeded with this belief that for anyone to success someone must fail. The human civilization is seeded like this it appear. History repeat itself. Violence, injustice, rampant. Capitalism is the law of narcissist. One brain supposedly emulating the billions other. This is a formidable waste of intelligence, and ressources, imo. So in the end, there is fear and all mechanism associate with, the question is how we deal with it, how the psyche deal with it. Narcissist are made, not born with (in majority). Any form of autism are very likely to produce this kind of behavior. It's overall an inability to regulate ourself, the lost or weakening of cognitive function. Overall it's a product of pain and fear and *those are legitimate* , definitely. That how it's made. In a world that is not a paradise but looking more and more like hell. Narcissim, identitary regression, totalitarian politic are seeded. I mean problem in human civilization are global scaled now, the condition of peace and freedom are disappearing as time pass. Without diagnostic, without solution, without therapy, regulation. We re done. Weird, regulation is the opposite of what the supposedly free market want, total lack of regulation. It is suppose to free us, to bring peace. It has never happen, never imo. Economic war always on, which lead to war most certainly. The problem is now global scaled and concern each one of us. Narcissism is not own by one and binary, but a spectrum we share or a regression link to our condition, as animal, survivor. To question survival and the biais it implies which in the end define a lot the condition we create, seems to be the point. Sorry to bring politics in this subject but all is ecology imo.

Yes, this is all a lot to take /disturbing that they are deliberately trying to destroy you.... but do not seek revenge or retaliate . You will lower yourself to their awful level. As a person who was diagnosed with BPD and has almost entirely recovered, this video is sospot on. BPD is on the spectrum close to NPD. I wasquite narcissistic and now am likea totally different person. My dysfunction was born out of severe childhood trauma including sexual abuse. Awful.

When this monster I was seeing passed away, his older friend that was always polite & kind ATTACKED ME one day (in the guise of bringing flowers!). I truly felt like a demon jumped from one to the other-but was afraid to tell anybody, or they’d think I was CRAZY!!

My ex constantly devalued me, withheld affection and intimacy from me, gaslit me, exploited my resources, and finally discarded me with the most painful timing and circumstances. When I moved out, she treated it like I rejected and abandoned her. I hated to inflict emotional pain on her even with the pain and suffering she inflicted on me, but if I hadn’t left, I think I would have collapsed from a nervous breakdown, among other scenarios which would have destroyed me. It’s sad there was no other viable choice when dealing with her. I’m sure she suffered immensely in childhood, as she told me. This is such a hideous disorder.
