Thanks for the upload!
For me Schmeichel is one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time, but what on earth was he thinking in that moment?
Terry at fault for all 4 goals and barely a word of criticism. So biased 😄
Charlton fans fair play for the 2000 01 season The fact that you were newly promoted yet were going for European football was outstanding
Charlton threw this away
Nottingham forest were in league one and now 2nd in PL Brentford were bottom of league one and Bournemouth in relegation zone of the same league 😅
Most underrated gk ever. Absolute hero grouping up! Thank you for uploading this 👏🏻
Eleven 1 - 0's, four 0 - 0's. Most boring EPL champions
Any true football fan- as oposed to bing a fanatical supporter of his club- shoud watch this exceptional documentary.

MY GAMES OWNER!!!... oh and claus
This guy was one of the fastest players in football history and no one ever brings him up for it
Was in West Stand upper between away end and halfway line. I think this was my second ever West Ham game. What great memories.
Cheating linesman.
Great uploads but I'd forgot how much of a creep hairy hands Keys is and was
Johansson would have had 3 red cards in today's game in this fixture alone. And rightly so.
Just defending himself. Lol
Charlton where solid back then with a mixture of talent
Great story; one of my fav grounds. Proper.
Richard Keys emphasized Chelsea's revival in their second season following the league's shift from 42 to 38 games in the 1996/97 season. Under Ruud Gullit, who took over as player/manager after Glenn Hoddle left to succeed Terry Venables as England manager, they finished 6th. Known as a cup team, they secured the FA Cup in 1997, the EFL Cup, the Cup Winners' Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup in 1998, and once more the FA Cup in 2000. Despite being deemed too inconsistent for the Premier League, they came close to winning it in the 1998/99 season, finishing 3rd, just four points behind Manchester United. A sluggish start and numerous draws cost them, or they might have prevented United's treble. Nonetheless, in the 2004/05 season, they silenced their critics, and as Keys pointed out, Chelsea's exceptional performance could have earned them the Premier League title from the start of the year, making them the fourth club to win the Premier League trophy, following Manchester United, Blackburn, and Arsenal. Since then, only three other clubs have claimed the trophy: Manchester City, Leicester, and Liverpool.
Nigel spackmen was a good pundit when ever he was on sky
Curbishley was a really good manager
Nicky Weaver was a awful keeper
Hiya! Mike (or Mick as I know him) is my uncle. I paid him a visit this weekend, we ended up reminiscing about his football career. He pulled up his iPad and we ended up watching this clip together. Said he could still remember every goal! 🤣

It's Ugo Ehiogu. Please fix the error in the video description.
Apologies. Corrected now
Chris Powell's smile after the second goal spoke volumes; Charlton didn't merely achieve promotion from League 1 that season, they soared to it, shattering records along the way. It was indeed a splendid performance. Despite a tough night for Huddersfield, they too would eventually celebrate promotion that season through the playoffs, surpassing their previous season's result with the defeat at Old Trafford against Peterborough.

Let's hope for a better result this time!
Is Douglas Lovelock still around?
Incredible terrace that
Better goalkeeper than he was a manager 😂
impressive game.
The Rock on which CAFC greatest success Was based.
I miss you Charlton in premier league 😢😢😢
From what I remember,Liverpool under Benitez were a negative, limited team that relied on big work ethic. Rafa bought a lot of garbage,Garcia,Dossena,Lucas,Voronin,Missokko. 6>1 Amen.
Bolton and tiny Middlesbrough above man u/fa in the table and above Liverpool, just shows how overrated the English league is.6>1 Amen.
New Year’s Day 1988 v Man United at Old Trafford. Bolder was unbelievable in a 0-0 draw. One of the best performances I’ve seen from a visiting goalkeeper and anyone who was there will tell you the same thing!
I think he started at Liverpool. Understudy to Grobelaar. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Yeah he did mate
Great player, very versatile and skilful. Gutted when we sold him, but the fee was the final push to return to the Valley, I believe. Would have been fantastic for him to be there 12/92.
Very underrated keeper
Good old Sam a Charlton legend.
Deano was a great goalkeeper.
