Tales of Kenzera Zau is haping up to be a fantastic Metroidvania. Fantastic combat and high production value. Can the Steamdeck Handle it?! I Go through some of the game play and graphical settings. Looks like a winner!

Dude this game is currently my Goty right now. The action, music, and story just hits for me. I dont get games media issues with the story, i feel it was laid out and wrapped up prettt well with the ending i got.
Same my man. This is definitely my GOTY so far. Crazy Polish for Shiftups first console game. Fantastic combat, great music, great exploration and tons of unlockables with more to come. This is fantastic bro!

If you have tried many Switch controllers both 2 piece and one piece, there is no way you can say this is awesome. It is mediocre at best. The weight spin rumble is about the worst rumble you can get, Every good product has moved on to linear(LRA) or some form of haptics. Ps5, all Samsung phones, OEM Joycons ETC. Not only do they use outdated rumble, they use a rumble motor that is the absolute cheapest you can get and only costs cents when bought in bulk. There is no excuse to use the old style of rumble as linear is cheap now. The soldering inside the Deck is pretty bad. Wires hang on by a tiny bit of solder because the wires were not centered at time of soldering. They have a lot of issues due to the quality of soldering. Ergonomics are bad. Not deal breaking, but bad. OLED switches are thicker so sliding the OLED Switch in can cause scratches if any dust particle is sandwiched between the hard plastic deck and the Switch. The battery drain between the Deck and the Retroflag (similar in form and function) when in standby is nearly double. This is without having a game suspended so the Deck light stays off. Why? The only thing the Deck does well is marketing and creating a sense of scarcity by offering limited versions. I don't hate the Deck, but it is average with a bit of lipstick on it.
