This demolition site on Dolphin Street in West Baltimore is generating large dust clouds which are blown by the wind in the direction of Seton Hill and Heritage Crossing. I have more video of when they actually were knocking down buildings on Pitcher and Druid Hill with no water whatsoever. So much dust, cars and nearby homes were covered.
