I got an Alien when they released, but was unimpressed. I was throwing it as a mid-range and couldn’t see bagging it when I had my Glo Z Buzzz and Champion Mako 3 in my bag. However, when I started using it more as a long approach/putting disc I started bagging it and loving it. If you look, it’s not listed as a mid-range disc. It says it right on the stamp that it’s a “multi-purpose” disc. You can use it as a mid, but approach/putter is a better job for it…….

I like a tiny bit of extra grip, sweaty hands and a chalk bag does that perfect. And it isn’t hot enough to sweat some condensation off a water bottle does the job.
