Yep those are moduls from Busniess Development . The number 7 is connected with education background and the leading in theory and practice book, plus that the leader´s aknowledged perosnal skills and competence in choosing the right parteners Leading in practice is not about dictating others what to do ( Autoritar leadingform) because the allignmenet can not be done ,without proper assesment on your shareholders or stackholders. That is the whole theory about starting a busniess, when you have a lack on basic steps than you as a leader missed the first strategic step- "ask first ".

"Objectives and Key Results." Takes him forever to say this is what it means--it's not "goals."

Reality killed the BSC. The hype of Management SYSTEMS is over. Dreams of autopilots for small businesses doesn't make sense. And even Big Businesses uses OKR and other flexible instruments.
