I heard that if a fish has ick, you can put the heater to 86F degrees which makes the parasite dormant/ not active. When the parasite can no longer host after a period of time it will die.

It’s good that you quarantine them so they don’t have parasites that can be picked up by what your feeding them to because most people just feed them the day they they buy them

Interesting to see how their morphs work, but it makes sense, since they all come from the common/chocolate strains and are basically forms of leucitic which is recessive. If you bred those browns back to either of the parents, then they'd both carry lemon and super red genes and you'd probably get more than just browns. Not sure if it would affect the pureness of the super red or lemon coloration, if it would look muddy, or just be one or the other but you'd hypothetically get more of a mixed batch next run.
