Occidental wool tool belt and pouches unboxing!!!
Просмотров 2,2 тыс.7 месяцев назад
Unboxing my occidental tool belt, customized the belt and pouches didn’t want the basic electrician belt and pouches mainly the left pouch so I bought it all separately and made what I think is the best set up!!! Also got some tools to add to my collection I’m a trainee so I don’t touch or mess with hot work but ill be ready when I’m there! I’ll be making a detailed video of my tools. Stay tuned
Is there a tradies cringe feed to post this to?
What size belt?
Fuck yeah.
Best tool bags around 👌
How good is that belt with sweat.?
It’s heavy for those who are weak, other than that they are the best bags I’ve ever bought/had and got lots years to come 💯💪
Damn fucking right doggie 💯
What size are you suspenders boss? Size small or standard
Standard suspenders with medium belt
What size is your suspenders? Standard or small?

Don’t be an electrician, you’ll be happier as a lineman and make a lot more money.
I’ll look into it, but so far it’s been fun
What’s the process to becoming a lineman ? Where to start ?
90% of people I talk to or more literally sound like their brain is flipped to the off position…. I promise you they aren’t going to ever add value… they’re still trying to figure out how to flip the switch.
Back ass belt man!!!
With the four-letter explanatives, let's just say you need to work on your vocabulary a little
if you mentioned unions around the guy from the audio, he'd have a fit
Been in the industry for 10 years. Worked in the field and in management. Kind of surprised how many tradesmen don’t recognize Justin for the snake he is.
Those suspenders would've been great in my day.
Amen to that. The clasp used to dig into me like crazy. I have a suspended one now but I put up my tools long ago. Still hanging in my tool room though
Those suspenders are so cool right? But I can’t work with them, I feel like I’m tied up
Consider using a aux microphone if you are going to continue to do videos, as well as additional lighting on you and the items being demonstrated.
Will try and invest in some better equipment 🤙
@@ARTDABUILDERthought it was good regardless brother appreciate the showcase
The real men in America
I use a similar setup with electrical but with the fat lip bag on a belt less retro kit. I have a set of badgers on beltless retro kit as well for framing. I really encourage you to carry the minimum you need weight is fine now but try 20 years from now. I bought a 10oz stellto for a reason its lighter than wiha electrician hammer. I use a m12 surge or heavy framing a dcf850 with a powerstack. I will tell you my badgers are a solid 1lb lighter empty or feels it. Take care of yourself first and foremost don't be HeMan learn from the old timers. Look into Japanese hand tools as well tajima vessel even German wera wiha ect... your wrists will thank you find the screwdriver (ball grip) that keeps your healthy. One hing I wish I had my first days on site was a vessel electric screwdriver or dewalt 8v gyroscope alot of things don't require 100 million lbs of torque. Good luck and keep updating always willing to throw out a suggestion on tools if you need ideas
Thank you I will keep in mind and learn from the older guys, yea I want to work as long as possible so I appreciate the advice 💪💯
I'm only in my 30s but I grew up on a old school farm from age 10 on... after I left home anything I can do to make me healthier I'll take it! I use to get so much crap for using a concrete kneeler instead of knee pads doing outlets and switches. In the end I do them just as fast as everyone else and my knees are happy/ less sweaty. One thing I did rhat made the old timers love me as well in my downtime was doing 8in pigtails pre stripped on each end. I Made them in 14g and 12g from all the scrap cutoffs that normally get recycled with my automatic wire strippers. Let's just say people bought me lunch everyday and I got the primo easy jobs. Find your niche and run with it you'll move up fast!
Look at the beltless system as well it's only 50 for the retro kit and you can use all of what you have. When you kneel down or even sit nothing spills out of the bags and they move with you instead of being glued to your hip. It's a good experiment that may make you more comfortable since I wear shorts and a t-shirt most of the time no hoodie. Good luck! Got any questions or thoughts I'd be happy to let you know from personal experience.
How do you have this much tools already as a apprentice with 4 weeks of experience? Thats crazy
I’m a handyman on the weekends and sometimes after work, just gota hustle hard 💪
We all gotta make money plus it pays for the tool budget 👍. Always watch your liability as a handyman without om assuming business insurance if its sketchy say no or do it right. 100 buck roof jobs or crawling in a attic can effect the real money job.
