You don't get a drop-off receipt? Now when they lose your return they can say that they don't have a record of you dropping it off, and of course you'll have no proof that you did. At least when you drop-off at Kohl's or the UPS Store an employee scans your return label and will print you a drop-off receipt. What does the useless employee behind the counter do? How come he doesn't scan returns like they do at Kohl's or the UPS Store? Same thing with dropping returns off at the Hub Locker, you get no proof that you actually dropped off your item. You just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best! What a joke!

I've eaten there a few times back in the late 90's when I was in Southern Ca, for a while. You could sit up in that covered patio and watch the whales from there. I'm glad to see that they are still in business after all these years.
