Theres a light at the end of any tunnel...

Man I'm so down with this, algorithm hooked it UP today
waiting to start the golden age sounds like the I Am Bread menu song
Is there a link to download this?
@eboycampbell7305 I haven't set one up yet but I might soon. For right now it's just a single file with all the songs on there
@@iwinme4207 lmk if you set one up
If whitey ever releases the title track, i think peace would spread across the globe. Also global warming would stop, i think
What documentary are you referring too?
@thegold3538 it got scrapped but I'm working on a sort of "replacement video" for that...
Oh sad to hear, what was it about?
🖤🖤🖤💥
Das ist gut ....das ist mehr als nur Gut.....ich höre meistens nur Punk und Metal Musik und sowas .....aber dieses Album ist wirklich der Knaller....:)
Yes just got Mental Radio yesterday in the Mail. What can I Say ......but: Brilliant! I sooooo wanna hear the title track from this one❤
@mortenmagnus9382 Mental Radio is his best one since his 2020 album imo!!
Bruh what the fuck!!! this is amazing!!!
Remind me a lot of fad gadget
I discovered it by accident, one of the best albums out there!
@qwertyq69420 there's more where that came from! Look up "Whitey" on Spotify and Bandcamp for his official releases, you won't regret it :)
cant wait for riot… tomorrow… right guys?
Satan is your buddy, wants to be your pal. Took you by the hand and took you straight to HELL666
Adriano Celentano sample on the first track
Really cool, best regards.-
Some of the bassline and the drumming sounds like early Talking Heads or B52s❤❤

I still think he should've named his newest album this.
banger 🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸
Ok which one of you put this song in that american dad episode
Which one
@@iwinme4207 the very end of "productive panic" although I since learned whitey sampled another song for this track so its most likely the original song
i wish there was more content on these weird little dudes
I really love the AC part of the wastered 12". Such a meditative listen. Eerie but oozingly smooth. ODDSAC is also a banger.
i think my favorite obscure animal collective thing is Walked Like A Dog from the Glasslands show (8 minutes in). It's so hauntingly beautiful in the same way big hitting AC songs like Alvin Row, Safer or Defeat are... and it just hasn't shown up ever again. It feels so ephemeral, and that's what makes me like it so much.
No, I would say they are entirely experimental. It's actually really impressive they can make some sort of music off nearly anything. Peacebone would be a good example of this in that it has these elements of a primus track except they just take it in their own direction but takes time listening to their other material to really get it. Adding to the fact they are utilizing analog equipment makes it even more interesting they can create such electronically interesting and evolving soundscapes. That is really difficult with analog gear let alone coming up with all these sweet melodies and the weird ones between to accompany the analog riffs. A more pop centric playlist could be considered as Prester John, Did You See the Words, Dragons Slayer, Panda Bear & Sonic Boom Livin' In The After, For Reverend Green, Daily Routine, What Would I Want Sky, Loch Raven, My Girls, In The Flowers, Peacebone. Add in some Monkey Riches wherever. Truly an incredible group of musicians.
Also, I don't believe those are the original Deakin keep shoes. He had another collab with them years late with the shoes pictured. Each member had their own model when that cassette came out. Dinosaur Jr, Real Esate, and Bon Iver also have Keep shoes accompanied by an obscure cassette. Real Esate one is really good.
I'd go with the proper version of pullhair rubeye from Avey and Kria. If you've only heard it in reverse, do yourself a favor and check it out. What was under MPP at the end there with the image from the sleeper factory video?
I have actually heard the proper version of Pullhair Rubeye and it really is hauntingly beautiful! I'm not sure what you're asking about with what's under the MPP cover but if I had had to guess it's the MPP record sleeves. Finally thanks for the heads-up on your other comment about the Keep shoes. I had no clue how deep the collaborations actually went with the Keep organization themselves.
Also Enon for the outro 👌
You're the first person to mention this! You'll probably like my next RUclips project I have in the works then....
It's kinda funny one of the first AC albums I listened to after listening to a couple Strawberry Jam tracks was Hollinndagain, I quickly became familiar with the range of this band
great video good job :D god i love animal collective
i vote new psycho actives vol 2
Animal Collective is such a good band that even their fans are the most creative out there. Actually hilarious.
this is the most "american teenager expirieince" video I've ever seen
the world is so beautiful
I was expecting some abstract definition of the word "obscure" and to have you weasle your way into identifying the MPP album sound itself as being obscure by animal collective standards or something. I'm very happy with where you took it instead!
as a person who is increbbly obbsessed with animal collective I tend to not really like videos about them because they often feel kinda lame and sometimes disrespectful of the ancoboyz but I want to say this video was incredible! and I loved every second of it :D one thing i'd like to bring up is geo has some pretty cool stuff out that not much of anyone knows about!
You are wrong, their more obscure album is Viva la Vida.
I used to rule the world...
i feel like the keep ep is one of the most obscure main band projects. i knew of jane and terrestrial and all of that before keep and the keep shoes lol. i feel like the avey tare, david grubbs split single might be one of the most obscure. 'bleak midwinter', 'in the city that reads' and 'forest children risen' also come to mind but those almost feel like they don't count as they're barely releases. 'the kite', 'don't believe the pilot', 'sponge luke', 'judy biworker', 'seeing twinkles', 'lake damage', 'what i do', 'eagle kisser', 'from a beach' and other early one off singles or unreleased also very obscure.
Bleak Midwinter is something I didn't know about until about 12 years into my fandom
Eagle kisser is truly a gem
The 1996 version of Penny Dreadfuls on Paddington Band is such a surreal experience
Solo releases don't count cause they're not Animal Collective releases. A lot of these are literally other bands. There are some great bootlegs out there. I like MPP as an album, but as a thing, I'm starting to hate it. There are a lot of "animal collective fans" out there who are just MPP fans. It's really off-putting.
Damn maybe I'm starting to think I should've called the video "What is the most obscure Animal Collective/solo project/related band releases" ...jokes aside I really do appreciate the constructive criticism. I could have done more to point out that the video was encompassing not only the band's releases, but other related releases too. I also had a segment planned where I'd touch up on bootlegs but I didn't want the video to overstay its welcome. And finally, personally speaking, I don't mind the AnCo fans who strictly listen to MPP. As long as people are finding genuine enjoyment in what they listen to, that's all the matters. Plus, I'm not expecting EVERYONE in the influx of new fans to listen beyond MPP, but thankfully a lot of them do in the end
my favorite part of My Girls is when Avey and Panda have a screaming match while Geologist does whatever he does for about 3 minutes until the song goes back to normal
