Those women have never sat right with me. Both women have found a way to make a good living being pro choice and now against a b o r t i o n. The fact that Abby called you a weirdo is not surprising. We should be vigilant of people who change with every shift in the wind might just be chasing whatever benefits them most at said time. The advertising style of that merchandise is simply a way to make money. Edit: the fact that she feels comfortable calling you a weirdo speaks volumes of her.

What they should do is do an all out marketing campaign..people talk about changing hearts and minds...you can try that but it's hard to do...what you can do is change behaviors and the attitudes will follow by incentivizing pro life...massive tax breaks for single parents etc and decenticivizing abortion...making it costly and reprehensible to have one.....penalties Buy a front page add in prominent papers , social media showing what a baby looks like at 12 weeks or less, and botched abortions Then advertising apologetics vignettes on pro life arguements Buy TV space and radio to do a special presentation on pro life from conception to birth and the arbitrary week bans how its illogical and immoral (remember in the 8Os when they used have special TV promgrammes aimed at kids and their parents about saying no to drugs, stranger danger, child abuse?) And drive the national conversation to culminate in a pro life march and summit at the White House to introduce proposals for constitutional personhood Maybe make a short movie about slavery and parallel abortion to that...and play it on all media platforms....to promote the abolition of abortion They need to address issues like how we can work with faith community and people of good will to help unwed mothers...and helping them bring a baby to term and keep the baby or give the baby up for adoption They need to address would a mother be convicted of murder for an abortion (did theu have free will, were they fully knowing what they did) they don't have to crimilize the mother if abortion is banned but they could crimilalize the dr etc...they need to adress these issues...i think we could eventually convince the public to ban abortion if we could show the mother would not be jailed except in extreme circumstance where they know what they are doing like the conditons for a mortal sin....and also address the apologetics of rape and incest in these adds and show survivors who kept their child or gave birth and gave them up for adoption...they also need to address fathers and their role...and create support groups for them

Older people are not the target audience Father in that promo...they are marketing to the millenials or whatever age group that is...younger than me and I'm 48 LOL I don't think you're wierd.....aren't we all ;) I could buy a cute dress at JC Penny for 60 or less...that is expensive for a dress on her website...then again I am cheap or frugal...I guess marketing that if she is using it to raise money for pro life but maybe could do more messaging and marketing of products that promote a pro life message or books on how to argue for pro life like Trent Horn has books and flyers on how to do pro life apologetics...that may be better

Father, with all due respect, the Democratic party does not support socialism. The definition of socialism is government ownership of the means of production resulting in a state-planned economy. To make that assertion is, charitably, misinformed. Nowhere does the Democratic Party platform mention socialism or communism. Nowhere does it suggest that the government seize private companies and make them government entities. Can you please clarify what you mean by suggesting that the Democrats threaten this nation with the imposition of a socialist, or even communist, economic system? Beyond that, the idea that the prescription to stanch the moral decay of this nation is to elect MAGA conservatives into office is a dubious proposition, esp when their figurehead, Trump, is characterized by lies, bullying, chaos, the courting of dictators, unchastity, an almost-coup, and a cult of personality gathered up around him. What causes moral decay? A lot of things, right? One thing is the unwillingness to stand up and fight. When I was in college at a service academy, we had to memorize John Stuart Mills' quote: "War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse. When a people are used as mere human instruments for firing cannon or thrusting bayonets, in the service and for the selfish purposes of a master, such war degrades a people. Trump is unwilling to take a stand for a sovereign democratic nation invaded by an autocratic foe. Negotiate a deal. Because we have to stop all of these human lives from being destroyed." War IS a terrible thing. But would you not agree that the appeasement of dictators is perhaps also a great evil that Trump supports? What would have happened if in 1938 Chamberlain had not brokered the Munich Agreement promising "peace in our time" by ceding the Sudetenland to Hitler? What will happen if Trump is elected and "compromises" for the sake of "peace in our time" with Putin by offering him Ukrainian territory as a means to appease Russia? Keeping in mind Mills' quote, will that sort of thing - an unwillingness to fight for a righteous cause - contribute to our moral decay? Will it be an example of virtue and courage to American citizens? Or will it send a signal to our American society, especially our young men, that not much of anything, is in fact, worth fighting for? What will it say to Xi vis a vis the PRC's claims on Taiwan? Will it make him more or less likely to destabilize both the world geopolitical balance and the global economy by making a move on Taiwan? What would that war look like? Would it go nuclear? How many people would lose their lives? Would a worldwide economic collapse result if the world's two biggest economies are caught up in war against each other? Would a war like that happen if, instead of compromising to make Putin happy, Xi sees the free world, led by America, stand up and say to Putin, "This will not stand." And that's just one fairly easy to predict outcome of electing Trump to say nothing of the normalization of bullying and lying in American culture. And yes, I am pro-life, but Trump has softened his stance on abortion and the SCOTUS - what really matters on that issue - is safely pro-life for the foreseeable future. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, I cannot in good conscience, as a Catholic, vote for Trump.

We can only hope Zuckerberg has really seen the light re media control/suppression of information. I think he is predicting a Trump victory and is trying to get on the "winning" side. I do like Musk, but Bezos and Google I have no use for.

Musk supports Trump/Vance + Kennedy. Let's wait until after the election to whine about any of them...Viva Cristo Rey!
