    Unfortunately, I had to blow up two families with my alcoholism and drug addiction and be crushed by a self imposed crisis before I was surrendered to my knees and ask for help with my life. I remember my first Dead show in 1982 when I was tripping my ass off and had asked one of the girls who was gracefully spinning in dance, what she was on. She said that she was on nothing and was simply having a spiritual experience. I had to be reduced to zero in order to find that same path.

    Shout out from a RVA Dead Brother, that bus from Norfolk definitely passed through Richmond on it's way to Raleigh and then to Charlotte! Many dreams of 80's Hampton/DC/MD shows in my head, but most of all...the legendary Hampton Warlocks weekend shows!!! I love me some Peggy-O, thank you for the extras and really enjoyed the windshield time. Try Crazy Fingers and non-interstate on one, that's the only part of Delaware that I've ever seen! Wharf Rat

    Great channel! you can't go wrong w/ LSD. In my youth in the late 80's or early 90's I drove up to Chicago to see the Dead and there were light up construction signs all over the city saying to "Take LSD". (Lake Shore Drive). I went down that road many times :). Beautiful city.
