I use Galaxy a15 5g. It works much faster for PPSSPP's GTA games, and I don't change any settings. But I think for A20e, set it as OpenGL, and rendering resolution as I think 2×PSP as more than that slows down even more. But for 1×PSP, it's more blurry...

@gabrielnecal3548 I find a 2-door car, search for a hooker, drive to the scrapyard, park next to the crusher machine, get out of the car on her side, drag her out, drive through the closed subway gate before my vehicle turns into a ghost car, carefully and slowly drive downstairs, and followed the tunnel to get to Staunton Island and/or Shoreside Vale - which is exactly the same principle as GTA Liberty City Stories.
