Ituni, Kwakwani & Aroaima Trip | Part.1
Thank you for sharing this recipe. My mom (82) still makes this recipe and I will not make any other stuffing but this one. The only difference between your method and my mom's / mine is that we grind up the chicken liver and gizzards with the aromatics (using a mill in Guyana & now a food processor in N America) and then fry it up before adding the bread crumbs and stock. I think in that way, even though my friends may not like that part of the chicken, they can't tell because it's pretty much blended into the bread. 😋😋😋
Nice, I guess that works pretty good too!!! Thanks so much for watching!!
To the guy who did the video,a big thanks and to the driver Sankar ,big up, remember the good old days.

Most people do not know about this fruit, only people from the riverine and bush areas know much about it. It's makes a delicious drink/ tea similar to cocoa when prepared well
The make it BG you need the tahini
@hedykarim3614 ...thank you so much for watching, the lemon juice works just like tahini..back in the days we did not have or even know what tahini was in guyana, that's why we use lemon juice.

Yes, I know all those people you call there. I’ve been going Rockstone since before I could walk!!! Mango died a few years ago. I went to Rockstone two times in November when I was home. One day I went to the hassa pond by Carib Rock, and the next trip to Plantain Island.
Could anyone tell me the road to take u to old England u could hunt at the back there the have lots of farm
Hi Raymond. There are two roads you could use to get to Old England. One on the eastern side, and one on the western side of the Demerara River. I think the one you are asking about is on the western side. As soon as you cross the Wismar/ McKenzie bridge to get to Wismar, turn on the left. You will get to West Watoka. That road will take you all the way to old England. And there are a lot of farming done in the area.( and you are right, you could get some good hunting there)
@adventuresofjb- thanks for the in fo I will like to get to no u guys I born in Guyana leave Guyana 2008 living in Canada since then I go all over Guyana bush all over letem hunt and fishing all over Guyana I always say when we crossing that bridge going hunting or fishing up that river must be waste land but I was wrong on till I saw that video next time I come to Guyana I want to go up there for 3or 4 days hunt and fishing like wear your husband say one time the shoot 11 laba and one deer and lots of fish
Raymond it looks like you like the outdoors like me. I have been fishing and hunting since I was a small boy! We do try to go home for a visit every year, and I get to go on at least one trip, sometimes two, in the Demerara , Essequibo, or Berbice rivers. If we can plan our trip to Guyana at the same time, I would love to make a trip to one of the places you have not been to before. If you are on Facebook, we could communicate there, and I could give you my number so we could chat.
I going back to Guyana next year July I was in Guyana in 2018 did not get to hunt but did some fishing in rockstone by the mountain foot side pass butacarey I think the foot name arasura mountain foot catch lots of peacock bass and basha with live bait I was doing mining in a area call obanna, Pattaro side 2 small Chinese engine diesel I was making 2oynce of gold a week after expense but covid come and election was coming two so I sell out and come back to Canada so next year I going back and do my mining I will be going and coming I don't want to work with people all my life I on Facebook messages and what's up so we could keep in contact?
@@adventuresofjb- something about the jungle I can't stay away from it too long I like that video you make going up the demerara river, The truth I never expected to see so many nice places?. And those two old guys u stop and talk with by the big sand the look like good company along time ago I was a G.M in the bush and the had this guy from linden who will clear the land for us with a cutlass may be u related Fred Fitcow I tell the guys them fred is not human he is a beast lol nobody can work with him or like him.hole day he have his cutlass stop drink some water and he gone again?
I’m from wales West Demerara. Is there any way we could travel by boat all the way down to linden? Or would the falls affect us?
Hi @walesyouth7183 yes you can travel up to Linden though the Demerara River by boat, that's how the ships come up to Linden for Bauxite. The falls is way up the river.

Ughhh be safe B 🙏🏼
Hey Barbs, it’s bad, but I made it in ok. Same some cars in the ditch along the way.
Watching from London on a cold but sunny morning. ❤ this. Warming. On your adventures. Great. Wish I was there. In the UK it is allowed and encouraged to catch cray fish as they are voracious feeders and eat all the species of the country. Yum, yum
Hi there Theresa how are you? Yes the winter is upon us now cold days🥶 thank you for your support always 🙏
