This was a great workout! I thought that maybe because it was titled low impact no equipment it wpuld not be intense but this is a great workout and definitely a, "get out of it what you put into it" workout ❤ thank you
Low impact is definitely not easy! In fact, it’s one of my favorite workouts! Low impact always gets my heart rate up no matter what. I’m so glad that you enjoyed this class.!!

Hi Coach Marsha ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half pound) as weights but could not even finish round 1 when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full 3 rounds using 15 lbs and even 20 lbs dumbbells! Her biceps bulge thickly like yours and are rock hard! She has massive strength and stamina power! I feel really low and defeated.
Hi!! my workouts are for both men and women. I’m so happy that you did the work out with your mother-in-law! Sometimes when we start anything new, it takes our body a little while to get adjusted. The fact that you did one round is awesome! And I know that know that the next time you do the work out you’ll get through two rounds. It’s all about our progress, and your mother-in-law‘s journey is different than yours, focus on what you did do🙌 soup cans are a great idea instead of weights! I’ve also used water bottles. I can’t wait to work out with you again.
Hey Marsha! It's been a while since I've done barre and I've done it twice this week with you, so thank you for your classes! I'm afraid of going downstairs today though, after this workout..haha! Yay!! It really did burn!!
I wanted to let you know that when I first started doing this workout a month ago I could not finish the full reps, I was doing half. Now, I am able to do the full reps! Such a great workout! Also, I love when you say "there's always options" - such a great mindset. I say that to myself as I go through my day and things start to feel difficult.

So I have this issue with double joining elbows that dislocate easily by the simplist movement. How can I get past this? As it's slowing my progress down when it comes to push up pull ups etc? 🥰
I’m so sorry this is happening to you! Push ups can be done elevated on a wall or chair, to ease the load.
What a spectacular view to workout to! Definitely felt the burn with this one!! Love all your workouts, but these bite-sized ones are so great, thank you for all of the different options I can fit into my busy day!!

I enjoyed the burn with this class! One thing though is that my knee felt a lot of pressure staying on the same side for so long (even with my mat rolled up under it). But anyway thanks for the barreless barre!

@@TrainWithMarshaG I had to go light on the exercise the other leg was doing to power through but I should have taken a break! Two days later, my legs are still feeling the burn 😁
