Idk if anyone will ever read this but I wanna put this out there in the world I’m 17 my names Zayne Jarrett from England and my dream is to be in the England’s squad and play as a centre my whole life I was fat and I could never play it but I’m learning now and I might not be there yet but I fully believe I am capable of doing it, it’s always on my mind because I want to be the best in the world and I believe it now because I lost 10 stone, I stopped fitting in, I have no mum, no dad, I’m in care right now, I want this more than anyone and one day I hope I get to tell the whole world my story.

I have yearly writing success cause i do it alone. I just wrote 200 pages of great literary art alone, i lost 80 lbs alone, i am alone all day besides 1 hour and workshops.

I get that and totally how i was .... but now something has added what you call the 'cookiesandcream' and it is really hard to focus and get after it as i know works for me...i am de-railed daily in someway or another... i just need to get that routine and momentum ...and then i can study and everything .....i guess it all starts with being very very 'Early'......I am grateful that someone else really .....gets it... thankyou

I have started suffering....as Goggins said.... suffering is everything... suffering feels good man....I want to be a savage..a freaking warrior that no one wants to face... Started suffering end of October 2024...will suffer till my last breath... Wanna be the guy that I was never b4. Wanna be a bad bad MF. Staying Hard.

I usually listen to these when I do the dishes in the morning. No quit. Scrub that baked on grease! No dirty sink for my wife! Spotless and clean MF’r! No stop. Not done until it shines!
