Youre spot on. I feel Tom picked Maria exclusively because he was fetishizing her. Deep down i dont think Tom was seriously considering getting married through this experiement, I think at his big age he was having trouble on dating apps and thought he'd try things out (and also get the additional perks of being on the show). I also agree with your commentary on Maria. Maria cherry picks the parts of her faith that benefit her (the man needs to provide) and disregards everything else. I feel she mentioned her religion and culture to legitimize her point as an expectation from her family, and her culture. Her reasoning was probably that if he liked her culture so much, heres another part of her culture hes going to have to be ok with
Yeah tbh I didn't pay much attention when they were on screen. They really didn't seem to be on the same page at all and were only really connecting in the physical. Out of all the couples, I saw them saying "I do" the least.
Nicole saw Sam in the reveal yet offered herself to him "physically". She never denied that. She just wants to change the subject. Sam is a jerk, sure, but when did he lie. He never said he loved her, she did.
@@ask_why000 she denied the way he implied it which was something sexual. At the reveal, it was clear Nicole came to a realization that she wasn’t attracted to him and neither was he. So why is he now saying she tried to sleep with him? And even if it was true, Sam is only saying that to get a sound bite on camera and get a rise out of her.
