The beautiful thing about this video is that even at this time, people were very divided politically and about different topics that have become more divisive recently. But listening to a random concert, thousands of people came together to dance, sing and have fun just because. Everything that could’ve divided this crowd, faded away and everyone was happy for a good chunk of the day.

November 22nd, It was my roommate/friend´s birthday, so I figured after work we could go take pictures, get a cake, hot chocolate and take a ferry to Liberty Island see the city lights and views, so we took a bus south, took the ferry, and Liberty Island was closed for maintenance or something, so we went to Staten Island... -.- then we came back it was dark already and we saw weird lights and something happening at the Brooklyn Bridge, but she was a little tired, so we headed home... when we got there, my brother up in Canada calls me, asking me if we were at the U2 Concert, (we were all U2 fans of course), and I said, "OMG, NOOO, WHERE WAS IT????" O.o

I was there by West 57th Street and 6 Aves. I heard news about it on the radio station and U2 rolled passed my workplace during lunch hour. My co-worker and I started following the flatbed truck until Times Square area. I wished I attended the Brooklyn Bridge concert that night (since I lived in Sunset Park, Bklyn) U2 is always awesome live!

The guy playing the drums they got off the street is the best part. He’s pretty good!
