You pay for the brand and design....sound is Ok but not worth this price!

Totally agree with this review, and yes the software and sureness that it will do as you ask of it isn’t always a given and it can be incredibly frustrating, but the build quality and sound in a small room like mine is what i love most, you can also name it, mines called “ bloody thing” its also heavy enough to go straight through a window which when it goes wrong is exactly where i feel like putting it! But do i love it ? You bet i do

You actually have other design options now. Have a look at the B&W Wedge for example! And the sound quality is amazing!
Sebastian Forbes l agree the Wedge is better than the BS1 when it comes to audio quality, but the wedge is not portable. The B&O BS 2 is close to the wedge (different aesthetics and sound - depends on what you prefer). But the newer B&O Balance is quite superb. In any case, to even consider a B&O you’ll have to care about their design and build quality first. Their audio quality, like all speakers in this segment have pros and cons.
@@iamyoda66 There are pros and cons for both. I've loved my Beosound 1 to bits but if you focus on sound quality I can tell the Wedge is really beyond Beosound's

I wonder how this compares to HomePod. Looks similarly sized but the design looks very weird from an acoustic perspective.
I've not properly used a HomePod to really know. I can only tell that the Homepod is quite smaller. And the tech is not the same as you guessed: there are multiple speakers 'around' the HomePod.
jaffreywali I love the look of beosound 1 but how much difference In voice is there as compared to wedge ? Room size approx 500sqft .

Beosound 2 have much more punch than the smaller Beosound 1, which is rather obvious, since it is smaller........... I have a Beosund 1 and a 2, the Beosound 1 is great since it is battery oeprated, so you can bring it with you in the garden, not being depending on a power outlet. Both are great, but with each their own great properties.
Can you do the sound of when the train approaches? Sounds like bells or something.

That tail hanging on the clamshell is to wrap around the charger and keep the lid closed.....

MannyScoot Made immediate sense to me, the moment I started using it I pulled the elastic loop end to end around the case, to make a beautiful and secure fit.

You should get beosound 2 instead beosound 1, I owned beosound 2 in my opinion the sound away better than the 1 , you're right B&O isn't cheap to buy unless someone could effort it, I am glad hearing the sound of beosound 2 is amazing
You're probably right about Beosound 2. Although one thing I really like with Beosound 1 is that it features a battery and that you can carry it around

if I'm using these for gaming (ps4) is there going to be sound in both ear buds? the jay birds only have sound in one ear.

Hi, top video man. I have one question. Do you experience any loss of connection with the mobile device after you have changed them? I use it with an iphone x and i loose a beat or 2 while walking every so often. I'm not sure if it is just me or all? Thanks
Glen Zammit mmm no I don’t have this at all while I’m walking. Very brief loss of connection can happen when you’re in a train between two wagons (guess there is a strong electric field there) or when I’m entering a shop thar has electronic portals
2nd pair of these that have gone tits up in 3 months . Even when they do work they don’t connect to my phone if it’s more than 3 feet from the headphones .. at £260 they are utter shite
Yeah you're not the only one. One my friends got two issues with them. I only got one. As usual B&O is great with sound and sound technology... but they forgot to hire people who know how to handle Bluetooth and wireless connectivity in general apparently!
Is it possible to pairing 2x BeoSound 1 and/or BeoSound 2 for a stereo effect ?

Beoplay e8...well...These truely wireless headphones are a piece of disappointed shit! Lack of any energy bass what an overpriced piece of crap! Sony, Bose, Senheisser and Bowers and Wilkins all destroy this pile of junk they call earbuds.
Extremely good, concise review & presentation. Like & enjoyed music, lighting ( soft glow with blue side accent ) I saw link to channel; however, what's name of song in background... Visual & textual comparison to Apple airpids also good... Well done...
E8 are amazing, size and case, 12 hours with Go, strip handle for the case is brilliant. That's B&O and the material is smooth even on move and sweat. Easy connectivity and perfect fit. i beleive the first version had the problem with right as mentioned by few. Beoplay App helps to solve this as there's an update available now !!

Thank you very much for your review. I received my e8 and they are pretty awesome. Just realized that my pair has a problem, when i listen loud to piano songs, the right earbud makes a crackling sound. I tried several songs, like 9 crimes, or ruclips.net/video/8Y4BJxjGgW8/видео.html and so on, but the crackling still occurs. Can you please check yours, if they have the same sound issues?
