Digital implementation of FOPID controllers

The experimental setup is based on an ARM CORTEX M3 microcontroller. The digital controller is implemented in canonical form of an IIR filter and controls the angular velocity of an A-max 26 DC motor. In addition, USB communication is added to a PC that has a LabVIEW based application to acquire and plot the data from the digital control system.
