As a low-ranked Herald player in Dota2, I have often encountered unique lineups that are not seen in higher ranks. In a recent ranked match, we had a Dragon Knight playing in the soft support position. However, he was selfish and did not fulfill his duties as a support. Dealing with a selfish teammate can be frustrating and ultimately does not benefit the team, regardless of the outcome. His selfishness made me have a tiring ranked match.
