Get an electronic boost controller that can do ramp up by rpm. I blew an engine with a manual boost controller , because i was in 5th at low rpm and high load. After the engine replacement, got an electronic one that limits boost by rpm. Nowdays they got boost by gear , and thats probably even better.

Wastegate issue bro

turbos generate flow , restriction to flow generates pressure . if you have a restriction close to your turbo it will generate a high pressure zone at the outlet (which your feeding your waste gate on ) and a low pressure zone after the restriction . if you run your waste gate of manifold pressure port , you should notice a pressure rise. for more research type in google pressure drop in fluid dynamics (air and fluid share properties )

1. When the boost gauge show 0 do you feel any boost or it's really at 0? If you don't feel any boost open your wastegate, it can be a pinched or broken diafragm. 2. It looks like your line to your boost gauge leaks somewhere. It's the classic guetto boost controller, you create a leak with a T in order to keep the gate shut longer

First video I've seen on your channel, buy better bolts. Otherwise it could be poor threading on the machinist end. Other thoughts might be, there may be an engine flex problem. Placement, housing, motor mounts.
