Tailoring its menu to accommodate the locals taste seems to me not being consistent of being Jollibee. Its Filipino and must stay Filipino. Instead, they may open restaurants under Jollibee Corporation but may not be named Jollibee. I remember, I was not eating well in Sri Lanka because I just couldn't eat their food. So I sustained in water and bread. In my tenth day, I saw a KFC store in Kandy City. It got me excited. At last I can eat real food I thought. To my dismay, the chicken was not KFC that I know of but heavily peppered with chili beyond recognition. I felt betrayed by KFC. I left Sri Lanka for India famished!

I love their sweet and slightly-spiced spaghetti that appeals to every child within us,not too sour, not too spicy. The same goes with their gravy and catsup. Fried chicken is crispy but not as big as the others.Just always remember to partner it with rice

Here in the Philippines when I was a kid, My family lived near a Jolibee and a McDonalds, the former was smaller building compared to the competition. Years went by and now Jolibee is now where McDonalds used to be. They now occupied the building. I was so surprised.
