Hi Lokesh, I couldn't seem to find any resource regarding the Job interview questions. I applied for L2 Customer Support Engineer and I don't know how to prepare for that. I have passed the CCAT thanks to your course on udemy and now I am on the next steps that include GenAI Expreience matching interview, AI augmented Defect resolution and Solve tickets real world assessment. Then there is interview for 30 min. I am pretty sure I can pass the rest but not sure about the Interview or how I should be prepared.

Crossover is a bad idea for a 50-query for 15-minute cognitive test. It's poor quality. Company want paid me only 60,000 USD a year for hard tests. I'm not doing it. I need not crossover for time wasted and a decent application, interview, and assessment.
