    What's the advantage of 3D printing this part over injection moulding? Mould won't be that complex, but throughput is higher and its seems like its a standard part, not a tailor made one-off.

    I wonder, if sample like this, but without U or V-shaped notch will show exactly same energy, comparing to this one? I bet on the same results, if cross-sections dimensions are the same for both samples. I.e. there is no need for notch in composites in tests like this. What do you think?
