VLOG | Baby Elbows & Runny Noses Answering Some Questions
I think that’s not enough food :(
The dairy in our country (India) is daily fresh milk without preservatives hence its amazing, the freshly set curd rich in probiotics, active vitamins in the milk fat, ghee, paneer, gives an amazing energy kick. *It's the packaged milk filled with preservatives and chemicals in most of the countries is what's doing the dairy intolerance*
Have fresh Coconut water, bananas. The potassium in it helps reduce water retention. Put 2 pillows under your feet, keep your feet elevated. This helped me a lot.
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and am in bed rest due to appendicitis. My OBGYN suggested to do take conservative method with antibiotics. I wanted to tell you that I really enjoy watching your hospital and postpartum vlogs. All your videos are so positive and inspiring as well. Thanks a lot❤
Water helped me so much I almost never bloat bc of it. I only really bloat in long car rides and hot weather
I lost my first pregnancy 7 years ago, the doctor told mea that it was just naturally , nothing ți worry...now i just donated blood and discovered that i am k negative .... And my partner is k positive ....now i know what happened . Sorry for my english
I have antikell antibodies .. and never had a blood transfusion. We are currently testing my husband. I'm 22 weeks. Baby looks ok but I will go back in two weeks
Thank you
You are very brave
Hi,do you take lexapre during whole pregnancy,3rd trimester and breastfeading?
talk too much but dont say shit
Thank you for sharing! I’m in my 3rd trimester and have been drinking Gatorade zero to stay hydrated. Going to stick to just plain water. What foods do you recommend for getting enough calcium?
Leafy green such as kale or spinach are great options so is soy milk, tofu or edamame.
I'm over 7 months. I'm stopping any dairy consumption starting from today. I didn't know anything about it. Thank you so much. I eat a lot of cheese. Oh my Gosh !! I am so freaking swollen on feet and legs. And imagine I drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water every day. I exercise 5 days a week regularly. Lots of veggies and protein. And I'm like what the heck am I not doing right here? Thank you so much!!
Salt isn't bad unless it's the common table salt . It has to be a salt that has enough minerals in it, I prefer Redmond sea salt has 18 minerals in it. You can also add liquid IV - this is my 5th pregnancy and I was drinking so much water but my body wasn't absorbing the water without the correct salt. I'd say sea salt as well. Trace minerals can also be added to water. Another Good tip is protien is a big deal nearly 80g a day. I learned more thus pregnancy than I did with the last 4 combined. I also see a midwife vs a obgyn like I did in the past and the care is night and day. Everything she said is correct though. As for salt and water absorption I'd definitely add a mineral salt to diet on food isn't harmful, especially if it isn't bleached. Always better options out there.
Salt in chips or salty snacks are just as bad
@@PreppedANDStrapped usually the types of salt on salty snacks isnt the best salt for your body. Id go for an organic salty snack just to get the "sea salt" since its a better salt for your body. If you look into it. Regular white table salt is bleached. Its okay to have some, but I personally myself all the time. On instagram follow. Dr. Courtneykahla and Diverse health services (located in michigan) Youll learn so much. Are your currently pregnant?
Loved this video!!! With my second baby had gestational diabetes in the end and I was shocked how much difference my diet change made in my pregnancy; it greatly improved my carpal tunnel symptoms, helped with swelling and impacted how much weight I gained. Eating healthy in pregnancy is not always easy but you will be grateful during the last months and into postpartum ☺️
Tip one - drink water ... increase fluid (water) (don’t have juices or anything else as it contains sugar) Water you can add lemon / limes or strawberries Or coconut water 2. Careful what you eat ... anything salty retains water in body .. like e.g crisps (potato chips) Maybe make water melon or mango or any fresh fruit which are hydrating fruits and cucumber Slice cucumber with Salsa Instead potato chips 3. Dairy is harmful causes bloating and inflammation in the body Fruit and veg can have loads of calcium too 4. Stay active ... nothing crazy .. stay active 30 Mins walking If you hve a healthy pregnancy Sitting and resting too long isn’t good Do yoga Pilates
I could just hug you right now. Had no idea about dairy products and have been enjoying milk, cheese, sour creams, cottage cheese, yogurt, and ice cream. So sick of staring at my double chin and also tired of my painful swollen ankles. This helped me a lot, upping my water and getting on that treadmill more. Thank you!!
Thank you for sharing your story
Wow this is very educational for me. Love from 🇲🇾
hello everyone, I also had a hysterectomy 3 months ago at age 24 with my first child. it happened after a caesarean section. 7 days after the cesarean I had a hysterectomy due to infection. I am now facing hair loss. it worries me a lot. please did anyone go through this. I dont want to stay bald :(
Thanks
Hi dear. Thanks a lot for sharing this video. I just had a 3rd baby at 37 and at 10days things went terribly wrong. I bled excessively to the point of almost losing my life and emergency hysterectomy had to be done. They only removed my uterus. Im breastfeeding and at times dont know what meds i can use for discomfort. Please share about that too. Thanks and God bless you and ur family.
too good. Love it
God bless you
The tips really helped thank you for sharing dear
The sound is ✨𝓵 𝓸 𝓾 𝓭✨
Thank you for sharing your story. I feel so encouraged by it. I recently had a hysterectomy, but I didn’t understand why God was allowing it. Through it all, I’ve seen the Lord’s grace. You’re right about these difficulties drawing us closer to Him. It’s so worth it!
Binge watching your videos! I find it really inspiring. thanks for sharing sis.♥️♥️♥️
Please try and shorten your video. This so long for so little info. 😵
Did you enjoy the nightingale? I loved it. Also try the winter garden by kristin hanna.
My story seems on the surface much like yours. 3rd pregnancy ended in C-Hyst (though one of our babies was sainted before 2nd trimester) before I turned 30. Also had anxiety and depression postpartum, and I’m not nearly as at peace with my lost fertility, but am growing more comfortable in it as time goes on, definitely able to see both the hard sad parts of it, but also the quiet blessings.
1. Drink water. 2. Low sodium foods. 3. Decrease dairy. 4. Stay active.. 30 min walk every day. Thank me later.
Thank you 😄
Thanks
Thank you
I ate keto my whole pregnancy and didn’t have any kind of swelling
Did you eat cheese?
@@ktownsend8622 yep
Isn’t that bad for the baby though? Like not a lot of carbs ?
@@adrianeelise3849 carbs are not essential to health, y would that be bad for the baby? My daughter is actually smart, healthy and ahead of her mates in school. I ate veggies so that’s the “good carbs”
How long were you on keto before you became pregnant,?
Omg yay!!!! I'm so happy you are doing videos again 😊❤
I'm so thankful I found your channel. I had hysterectomy at 30 yrs old because of a large myoma. That's 3 years ago. Currently having negative emotions about it after 3yrs. I don't know why I'm feeling this way .I kind of regret it and starting to feel it's negative effects physically, emotionally and psychologically. my husband is very supportive but I'm the one that's self critical. I've been crying for days now everytime I think about it. I don't know how to ever get through this. I prayed last night and the LORD has led me to you. I found your channel at the right time. I don't know how to overcome my negative feelings. You made me feel better. You're such a great encouragement. I don't have an idea how this has really encouraged me. Thank you so much. Praying that I'd be able to accept this completely and enjoy my life with my husband and 2 kids.stay safe! Godbless!❤️
