How do I set this up? I just acquired one but the pendulum and weights were removed for packaging and I am unsure how to set it up. It’s not making the right tone so have done something wrong obviously

Oh I have this clock I bought it from a charity shop back in April 2024 The clock was broken when I bought it But luckily someone very clever fixed it for me and it's now chiming and striking like new

Not rare and certainly not antique. This is a industrial made clock in the 1960th. This clock has 2 weights which indicated the clock is a replica. A real old handmade Frisian “Schippertje” only has one weight for both the chime and the time.

I wish I had a clock to chime like that. I got single chime ones that just dons but I wish I had one that had a bim bam chime

That is a very nice clock. Of course you would always imagine that one being a bell strike but then on that one it has a bim Bam chimes. I sure would like to find the clock like that one.
