You are a very good teacher. I know I’m going to learn a great deal from this series. It’s wonderful to have healthy hands and eyes at age 75 so I can start a new hobby. Sending many thanks from Arizona.
Thank you for this video 😊
This was so clear and helpful. Thank you so much! I'm now a subscriber!
It would make more sense if your background matched your tutorial even if only in technique.
Thanks for the lesson
Very clever. I will do a bit of Mr Googles searching to see if I can find papers for all these wonderful piecings. I learned to see at my mother’s knee, no appliqué, just good ol seams, hems and plenty of embroidery. I always enjoyed miles of whip stitching and I remember very well mummy wd , kind of, “hire me out” to friends or neighbours to help out with a garment or household linens that needed something seamed or whipped into place. I just loved all that, sitting around the table with the ‘grown ups’, my fingers flying. She also hired me out for my pastry making skills….especially around Christmas time, my rough puff was famous. Happy memories again, courtesy of these wonderful You Tube channels. Thankyou so much.
Fab, I’ve learned a lot here. A box of hexies awaits my attention and I can appliqué onto fabric and make individual cushion covers for my family. Nice. Thankyou.
