Hello there.. I am sorry, I dont remember the exact time, it was around afternoon and it was unplanned. I think it is not that impressive comparing some other change of guards you would see like in Russia or China. The grand palace is a very big place with so many attractions. so, if you are really interested with the change of guards, may be you could get exact times when you are entering.
