Slowly I turned....

The slugger company is very unethical. They are only about the money. They hurt a ton of employees when covid hit (including me). Hillerich family squeezed out every penny they could. They even got rid of part time employees that made $10 an hour. I was there for 6 years and afterwords wither threw out or sold all the slugger stuff I had. Will never buy another thing from that company ever again. They are a dying company anyway though, only thing keeping them in business today is the museum. Turn on any game, you wont see many (if any) MLB players using their pats anymore. I think in the World Series this year Will Smith of the Dodgers was the only player on either team that uses slugger.

Stayed there last year, had a great time, the entertainment was amazing, wonderful beach, food was ok, but the staff were great

For those who keeps complaining about the food. Please do us a favour and don't ever come to Cuba again.

Probably powdered milk in the coffee. When we were in Cayo Coco last May they ran out of bacon, milk, bananas, fries. The lunches and suppers were mostly chicken and pork but hey the beach was freaking amazing. I imagine with fuel prices skyrocketing in Cuba the food situation this year has got much worse.

Just came back and it’s very clean but the room I was in bungalow #2 was awful. The patio door did not lock, my window did not have a blind and it faced the bush and its not very well lit in the halls at night. The room had two double beds which the phone plugin was in the middle of the wall but the phone wasn’t plugged and it wouldn’t reach o no phone and cockroaches…..my friends room wasn’t as bad but in need of updates. A lot of people were not happy with their rooms. The people are wonderful and the atmosphere was awesome but their rooms are the worst part of the trip.
